Mi-Watch.it ships watches worldwide through logistics partners in the European Union. Depending on stock availability, orders are dispatched from our EU warehouses.
Tracked and insured watch delivery
Watches purchased through our Boutique are sent with DHL Express, with tracking and insurance.
A shipping confirmation email with the tracking code is sent after dispatch so you can follow the shipment online. Smaller items, such as buckles and straps, may be sent by tracked airmail.
Free shipping from €100
We offer free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
Dispatch and indicative transit times
Items shown as in stock are usually dispatched within three working days, Monday to Friday, after payment has been received. If you require faster dispatch, contact us before ordering.
Indicative transit times after dispatch are:
- Europe: 48–72 hours; Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France and the United Kingdom are often 24–48 hours.
- North America: 48–72 hours.
- South America: 72–96 hours.
- Asia: 72–96 hours.
- Africa: 72–96 hours.
These estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, remote-area service, local holidays and events outside our control can cause delays. Mi-Watch.it is not liable for transit delays or additional import charges.
European Union and international delivery
Orders within the European Union are fulfilled through our EU logistics network. Customers outside the EU benefit from VAT-free pricing, but the destination country may apply local VAT, sales tax, customs duty, brokerage fees or other import costs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs rules vary by country. Check your local legislation and contact your customs authority before ordering if you need an estimate of possible import charges.
Order cancellation and returns
You may request cancellation until the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, a cancellation request is handled as a return. A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
Eligible purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the conditions stated in our Terms and Conditions. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost and risk, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
