Mi-Watch.it provides direct assistance before and after purchase, including support for watches that are no longer covered by warranty. When required, we work with partner watchmakers in European capitals and with Gruppo Gamma headquarters.
24-month Gruppo Gamma watch warranty
Each Gruppo Gamma timepiece purchased through Mi-Watch.it is covered for 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
Accessories purchased from us are also covered against manufacturing defects, provided that we are notified within 30 days of receipt.
How a valid warranty claim is resolved
For every valid warranty claim, we will decide whether to repair or replace the item. If neither option is possible, we will issue a refund.
For a valid warranty claim made within 30 days of receipt, shipping costs are borne by Mi-Watch.it. For later claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the designated service location.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover natural markings on leather, the development of patina on bronze, ordinary wear and tear, surface treatment, accidental damage, mishandling or instances where a strap is too short or too long for the wearer’s wrist.
The warranty is void if the item has been handled contrary to the instructions in the user manual or opened, repaired or modified by an unauthorised third party.
How to request watch support
Use the form below and provide as much information as possible, including the watch model, serial number, purchase date, place of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Depending on the problem and the availability of spare parts, we will assess whether the watch can be repaired through our service network or should be sent to Gruppo Gamma in Singapore.
